Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain Fixed Asset register, new builds, revamps and scrapping to process and reconcile
- Debtors
- Creditors allocation / coding (capturing done by creditors team)
- Cashbook and petty cash
- Journals Monthly; Payroll; Depreciation
- Bookkeeping up to Trial balance
- Management Accounts preparation, corroboration and follow up
- VAT
- Salary and wages
- Credit cards
- Assist with coordination and planning of the annual budget process
- Maintenance of beneficiaries list on banking system
- Creating payments
- Daily bank deposits reconciliation and follow-up, cash tracking
- Maintain monthly audit files
- Food cost corroboration and follow up
- Relevant degree with 1+ yrs experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
- Valid drivers licence
- Experience in Sage Evolution
- Experience with GAAP Retail Office will be advantageous
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be advantageous
