Are you looking to further your skills as an experienced Transaction Services Manager? We are currently working with a superb organisation that is looking to expand its team. The organisation collaborates with clients across a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions activities, focusing on key questions during critical stages of planning and executing deals to create and enhance value.

The role of a Transaction Services Manager involves working with a variety of clients or sector-specific clients, using your financial due diligence experience to generate insights and construct solutions. This position offers the opportunity to become a trusted adviser by delivering robust financial analysis and supporting your team.

Ideal Criteria for a Transaction Services Manager:
  • Strong Financial Due Diligence experience
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights
  • Overall responsibility for cost management, reporting, and invoicing
  • Deliver large sections/full work streams from end-to-end
  • Act as a key contact for clients and advisors on a day-to-day basis
  • Produce robust financial analysis and review team output

What you will need to do it:
  • Ability to direct and operate in high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Identify deal implications of due diligence findings and derive recommendations
  • Provide advice and insight directly to clients, demonstrating technical expertise
  • Adapt to changing requirements and re-plan accordingly
  • Effectively project manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience managing upwards and reviewing output to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strong academic background with a financial qualification such as ACA or equivalent experience
  • Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
