What You’ll Do:
You’ll oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and the cash conversion cycle to ensure efficient use of resources and risk management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Handling exchange transactions and managing currency risk.
• Leading and supporting the transactional team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
• Managing the company's working capital to optimize liquidity and profitability.
• Performing accounting tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

What You Need:
To succeed in this role, you need proven experience as a Management Accountant or a similar role within the waste management, metal, or construction industry. Strong knowledge in forex and cash flow management, leadership and team supervision skills, and experience with SAGE are essential. You should also be proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, have relevant accounting qualifications or be working towards CIMA or ACCA, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are also required.
