An exciting new role has arisen for a Management Accountant role for a global market-leading manufacturing company based in Slough.

Responsibilities:


Participate in the month-end closing process and produce related reports.
Manage inventory accounting and reporting.
Supervise coach a junior accountant.
Partnering with Operations team.
Contribute to the preparation of regular manufacturing and operational reports.
Manage and assist with the annual standard setting process.
Coordinate general ledger close, including preparation of journal entries.
Prepare monthly prepayments, accruals, depreciation, FX, and intercompany reconciliations.
Maintain the Fixed-Asset/Capex register and related reports.
Assist in year-end audit and provide timely responses to all audit requests.
Lead and contribute to ongoing and upcoming Finance transformation projects.Requirements:

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Previous costing/pricing experience (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
