Senior Accountant required to join our client; a Tax Practice located in Leicester on a part-time, permanent basis. The role of the Senior Accountant is to assist with and eventually take over a portfolio of small business accounts and returns.

The right candidate will be comfortable preparing accounts and corporation tax returns for small businesses as well as carrying out bookkeeping and payroll duties. Personal and partnership tax returns will also be a large part of the role, as well Companies House filings.

Senior Accountant Position Requirements

ATT qualification or similar or QBE
The ability to self-manage a portfolio of accounts is essential
Some familiarity and interest in tax is preferred

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

£30,000 - £32,000 (this would be pro-rated for part-time hours)
21 hours per week (50% of these hours can be worked on a hybrid basis)

20 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata)
