Client Manager required. My client is a well-established accountancy practice based in the Altrincham area, who provide a personal and professional accounting service to all of their clients. They are currently seeking an Client Manager to join the team to help manage the workload.

Client Manager Position Overview

Be the point of contact to our clients over email, on the phone and in person
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues/clients
Delegate workload to the appropriate team member
Undertake some booking duties and VAT work
Ensure all work is completed to the agreed deadlines and budgets, and keep clients up to date
Take care of general adhoc admin duties as and when they arise

The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with clients face-to-face, over the phone and through email, and will be AAT/ACCA/ACA qualified/part-qualified.

Client Manager Position Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
AAT/ACCA/ACA qualified/part-qualified
Excellent accountancy knowledge
A highly organised and ambitious individual

Client Manager Position Remuneration

£32,000-£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Standard pension
Ability to join a friendly and welcoming firm

This is a fully office-based role so suitable candidate will have a reasonable commute to the Altrincham area.
