Key Responsibilities but not limited to
* Prepare monthly management accounts and analysis in collaboration with the FP&A team.
* Take ownership of the month-end pack and distribute it to the Senior Leadership Team.
* Manage all balance sheet reconciliations related to gross margin.
* Support annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
* Analyse financial and business performance, providing recommendations and focusing on forward-looking projections.
* Assist the Senior FP&A Manager with regular ad hoc tasks.
* Partner with multiple stakeholders to help them understand their numbers, bridge monthly results, and drive margins.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in preparing monthly management accounts and analysis.
* Demonstrated ability to manage month-end packs and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Experience supporting annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
* Strong analytical skills to assess financial and business performance.
* Ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive business performance and margins.
Qualifications:
* Part-qualified/Fully Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
