Understandsegmentgrowthpotentialofeachbanksanditsbranches,loanbooksize,analyzehistoricalperformance,etc.toachievetargets
Understandandidentifypartnerbankrequirements/needstoensurepolicies/productsofferedmeettherequirements,thusincreasingrevenuegenerationforBAGIC
UnderstandpartnervaluechainsandcollaboratewithVHteamtodevelopnewproductsforpartners
Identifyandrecommenddigitizationandtechnologicalenhancementstobedriventoenhanceefficiencyofprocesseswithpartnerbanks
Drivecontestsforincreasingpenetrationofbusinessandobtainapprovalfrompartnerbanksonthesame
2.Relationshipmanagement
Influencestakeholdersatpartnerbankstomaintainandgrowexistingrelationshipandexpandreachtountappedbusinessareas/customersegmentsofbankstoincreaseopportunitiestogeneratebusinessforBAGIC
Managerelationshipwithtopandseniorofficialsofbankstounderstandtheirrequirements,manageanyescalationsandmapproductsaccordinglytodrivesalesandbusiness
Identifynewproductsrequirements/customizationrequiredinexistingproductsandprovideinputstomanagementtoimproveservicestandards&pocketshare
Constantlyworktowardsimprovingservicequalitywithrespecttosmoothservicingofclaims
3.Teamdevelopment&Review
Participateinrecruitmentprocesstoidentifyrighttalentforvariouspositionswithinhisteam
Establishindividualperformanceexpectationsandregularlyreviewindividualperformanceoftheteam
Weekly,monthlyandquarterlyreviewwiththeteamandkeyrelationshipmanagerstomonitorachievementofindividualtargets,discussbusinessissuesanddesignactionplanstocoursecorrect,ifrequired
Conductperiodicreviewswithpartnerbankstodrivebusinessnumbersandaddressanyprocessorproductconcerns
InteractwithZonalHeadandprovidethemfeedbackonpartnerbanks'businessrequirementsfordevelopmentofproducts
Supportteammembersindeliveringtheirresponsibilitiesinbusinessasusualandresolvetheirconcerns/challenges,ifany
Education/Qualification:GraduateYears Of Exp :8 to 12 Years
