Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing company based in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where you can really grow and develop with the company long-term.
This role will be providing support to the company's credit control function so previous experience in a similar role is essential.
What will you be doing?
Posting and allocating receipts to customer ledgers.
Chasing up overdue accounts (email and phone) and resolving any queries.
Preparing arrears letters.
Monitoring the accounts receivable email inbox, ensuring queries and issues are resolved efficiently.
Confirming bank details for customer refunds.What skills are we looking for?
Previous credit control experience within an office environment, ideally within a Finance team.
Basic knowledge of finance processes and procedures.
Confident in contacting customers by email/phone to discuss their account.
Excellent IT skills, confident in using Microsoft packages.What's on offer?
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, Monday and Friday at home).
25 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays and your birthday off.
