Urgent Temporary requirement*

I am currently recruiting for my client based in Conwy. There is the need for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join the team on a temporary basis initially for about 4 weeks. This role will ideally be full time hours, but there can be a degree of flex for the right candidate and part time applicants are also welcome to apply. The position is to help clear a back log within finance, however for the right candidate, this could turn into a long term position within a fast growing, exiting company.

Main Duties

Using Sage 50, process invoices, matching purchase order information and delivery notes to invoices received.
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Prepare payment schedules
Handle supplier queries via email / phone
Processing expenses
Bank reconciliation
