The Role

This role is a management accounting role heavily operational and widely scoped in a genuinely collaborative environment.

You will be working within a collaborative team, who collectively work together to deliver strategic priorities including the development and implementation of a robust and integrated financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement pricing systems and records by ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collect, collate and analyse data from multiple sources
• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis
• Review and challenge business performance in relation to budget both revenue and operational metrics.
• Implement effective business processes and systems across procurement, costing and management reporting

About you

We are seeking an accountant with solid commercial and product costing experience with strong communications skills at both corporate and operations level. A translator, who can analyse data and provide strategic insight to support the operations team.

Key Skills Attributes and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a concise, non-technical manner.
• Ability to challenge status quo, with a pragmatic, down to earth approach.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and product costing skills.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
