Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Kisan Adhar located in Pune. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The role will also involve analysing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Relevant work experience in accounting or finance
