An accounting company, located in Pretoria East is looking for a Debtors clerk to join their dynamic environment. High level of accuracy is essential.

Requirements:

· Matric

· Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping would be beneficial

· Minimum two years experience with accounting software and systems

· Valid license and own transport

· Residing close to Pretoria East

Duties include but not limited to:

· Engaging with Debtors, handling billing management and invoices

· Keeping records of any payments made and outstanding accounts

· Reconciliation of the Cashbook

· Collection of overdue accounts and outstanding balances

· Reporting on outstanding debtors, forecasted collections and actual collections

· Assist finance department in general bookkeeping

Salary: R15 000 R18 000pm depending on experience
