The successful incumbent would ideally have strong reconciliation skills with a strong Debtors understanding.
Reporting to the Finance Manager.Experience required:

5 years experience as a Debtors Supervisor / Debtors Manager
Minimum Matric
Stress tolerant
Figure orientated

Responsibilities:

Ensure effective Credit Control
Timely debt collection
Accurate debtors reporting
Monthly and weekly forecasting
Projections on Debtors Collections for cashflow purposes
Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the Debtors Function
Demonstrate care for the Debtors Team through a genuine interest in their personal, work and career development
