Senior Finance Business Partner| Blue Chip Organisation |Nottingham| £55-60K DOE +Benefits

We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for a successful Blue Chip Organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing insightful financial information to drive profitable decision making and support the future long-term growth of the business.

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work alongside the FP&A team and report to the Head of Financial Planning and Business Partnering

Key Responsibilities...

* You will provide financial and commercial support to drive profitable decision-making and growth.
* You will work closely with operational partners to drive business efficiencies, in both profit and cash.
* You will provide insight and analysis into the underlying drivers of business performance.
* You will lead monthly Business Review meetings and review and challenge drivers of performance.
* You will provide analysis on business opportunities, providing options and scenarios.
* Improve the financial awareness and understanding of non-financial managers
* Provide ad-hoc insight and analysis across the company.

Role requirements...

You should be a qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA

You should possess stakeholder management and business partnering experience
Have experience of working in a busy team managing multiple work streams
Experience of management reporting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
Able to produce financial models incorporating key business drivers that are easy to understand by stakeholders
Strong system and Excel skills
