Junior Accountant - International Practice - London
About the Company:
Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing international accountancy firm providing professional tax accounting, company formation, and business consulting services. They are a leading practice of accounting, international tax, and corporate service specialists.
They have offices in four international locations: Ireland, UAE, UK and USA and their team consists of qualified accountants, chartered tax advisors, statutory compliance experts, treasury officers, business development, and marketing professionals.
About the Opportunity:
They are seeking a qualified MAAT or Part/Fully qualified ACCA Accountant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised and happy to take ownership of their own client base, whilst working within a team.

Responsibilities:
The job will involve the following duties, and experience in these areas is required:
* Full accounts preparation and submission to Companies House and HMRC
* VAT knowledge
* Bookkeeping experience
* Payroll knowledge
* CIS knowledge
* Self-assessment preparation knowledge
About the Applicant:
The successful candidate will have experience working in an accountancy practice (1-2 years) and have used accountancy software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, TaxCalc etc). They will also be either ACCA (part or full) or AAT (fully qualified).
The following knowledge and skills are required:
* Ability to prioritise, and work under pressure when need to meet deadlines
* Able to take initiatives and have good problem-solving skills
* Ability to interact positively with broad range of people
* Self-motivated
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral with a proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and non-finance personnel
* Ability to achieve individual Key Performance Indicators
* Ability to provide added value services to customers

* Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per year (increasing once ACCA qualified)
