The Role

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring Finance data is updated into Planning Analytics (formally TM1) in line with business deadlines. All reporting and the reconciliation of data between systems will be required to be carried out accurately and within agreed timescales. The role holder will also provide end user support and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities:


Not limited to...

Ensure that Planning Analytics is updated in line with AIR finance reporting requirements
Maintenance of hierarchies in Planning Analytics
Provide support to the business by answering queries
Log all systems issues appropriately and carry out user acceptance testing
Manage the access to Planning Analytics Automated Contract Status Reporting
Maintenance of manual Single CSR, Consolidated CSR and Sales and Marketing trading plan templates
Ensure all work instructions are current and compliant with AIR policy
Provide support and back-up to other members of the team

Security Requirements: CTC

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs).
