Ignite Recruitment is looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role involves assisting with the management of customer accounts for our client's feature film, TV, and commercial projects, from the initial phone call through to the final approval of invoices. You will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure all aspects of the accounts are handled professionally and personally.
### Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to manage productions from start to finish.
- Utilize the company's electronic job management systems.
- Help close down productions, ensuring all missing and damaged items are agreed upon and invoiced.
- Complete additional tasks as requested by the Sales Team Leader and wider Sales Team.
- Work extra hours as needed to ensure daily tasks are completed and client emails are replied to.
- Attend training sessions at the company's headquarters in Colnbrook, as required.
### Requirements
- Industry experience in film, television, and commercial lighting equipment rental and sales is preferred.
- Strong business acumen.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage your workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of building and managing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
