In this role, you will manage customer accounts with professionalism and personal attention, guiding them from initial inquiry to final invoice approval.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with production personnel and crew.
- Oversee production requirements from inception to completion.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Utilize the company's electronic job management systems.
- Generate accurate quotes, billing schedules, and invoices as needed.
- Optimize the use of equipment and services, minimizing costs while maximizing profit margins.
- Work additional hours as necessary to ensure daily tasks are completed.
### Requirements
- Industry experience in film and television lighting rental.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record in customer relationship management.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical understanding of lighting equipment and an interest in film production techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.
