Account Manager

Ignite Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team, serving as the primary liaison for our client's feature film, television, and commercial projects. In this role, you will manage customer accounts with professionalism and personal attention, guiding them from initial inquiry to final invoice approval.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with production personnel and crew.
- Oversee production requirements from inception to completion.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Utilize the company's electronic job management systems.
- Generate accurate quotes, billing schedules, and invoices as needed.
- Optimize the use of equipment and services, minimizing costs while maximizing profit margins.
- Work additional hours as necessary to ensure daily tasks are completed.

### Requirements

- Industry experience in film and television lighting rental.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record in customer relationship management.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical understanding of lighting equipment and an interest in film production techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
