Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
Accounting Procedures
• Prepare month-end & year-end closing journals
• Compile financial reports for management in accordance to policies & procedures
• Ensure bank sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely and accurate manner
• Check daily bank statements for abnormalities
• Prepare monthly GST Reports
• Manage Corporate tax compilation and submission, ensure accurate payment is made
• Attend to Corporate queries and requests
• Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedure
• Compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.
Team Management
• Interview, select and recruit direct reports
• Identify and develop team members with potential
• Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise
• Constantly monitor team members performance, attitude and degree of professionalism
• Prepare detailed induction programs for new employees
• Develop, conduct and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
