Designation: Senior Accounts Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Time - 10:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

Job Description
Process and manage vendor bills, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle employee bill processing and reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
Prepare and post journal entries, purchase entries, cash entries, and bank entries.
Reconcile debtors' and creditors' accounts to maintain accurate records.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
Conduct GST reconciliation and ensure timely submission of GST returns.
Generate E-waybills for transportation of goods as per regulatory requirements.
Upload e-Invoices to the GST Portal and manage related compliance activities.
Manage TDS deductions and ensure timely deposit and filing of TDS returns.
Oversee fleet accounts management, including expense tracking and reporting.
Lead and manage the finance and accounts team, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain personal accounts and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management as required.
Required Skills:
Proficiency with computer and Tally Prime, Excel skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
