Are you someone who can:

• Asses, analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes that are signed off by the business
  
• Document business process requirements through research, interviews or facilitation sessions
  
• Assess current business processes, procedures and business rules in conjunction with business partners
  
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership
  
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
  
• Design and implement new or cutting-edge systems, solutions and processes and initiate innovations and changes aligned to business strategy
  
• Set tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies to achieve business objectives
  
• Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture
  
• Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters for the business area
  

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Relevant degree
  
• 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role in the financial industry
