Salary: £30,000 plus performance bonus

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am 6pm

Holidays: 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 23 days after 1 calendar year' service.

As an Operations Controller at Verisure UK, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational efficiency and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. You will directly interact with the Operations Performance Manager and work alongside our Workforce Management team.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational decision-making, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Cost Control: Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  
• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements to optimize operational workflows and financial controls.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to support business initiatives and ensure financial alignment.
  
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst or in a Controlling role.
  
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Must prove a top performance at university
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
