Sewell Wallis are working with a well-established company based in Manchester City Centre. They are going through a period of growth and are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for longevity and a place where they can use their skills to the best of their abilities.
This role will be providing support to the company's credit control function so previous experience in a similar role is essential.
What will you be doing?
Posting and allocating receipts to customer ledgers. Using the phone and emails to chase accounts that are overdue.
Preparing arrears letters.
Allocating and posting receipts to ledgers.
Managing the Accounts Receivable inbox.What skills are we looking for?
Previous credit control experience within an office environment, ideally within a Finance team.
Basic knowledge of finance processes and procedures.
Confident in contacting customers by email/phone to discuss their accounts.
Excellent IT skills, confident in using Microsoft packages.What's on offer?
