Accounts Receivable

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant for one of our clients based in Hatfield on a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM- 16:30PM
Weekly Pay - £17.36 an hour, weekly pay
Immediate start
Temporary, with the opportunity to go permanent
Free on-site parking
Accounts Receivable - Key

Responsibilities:


Verify and post customer invoices and credit notes
Receive checks, credit cards and payments into the system
Daily contact with customers through collections calls and email
Review creidt memos through RMA's process
Reconcile customer statements with invoices
Accounts Receivable - Skills and Experience:

Previous experience within Accounts Receivable
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
Knowledge of Quickbooks
