Finance Business Partner

Your new company This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Financial Services group, going through rapid growth, in West Oxfordshire.
This position is perfect for someone wanting to develop in a commercial / Business Partnering role, in a highly progressive business.
Your new role As the successful candidate, your duties will include:

• Partnering with key stakeholders across the group, including regional managers and central functions.
• Producing business performance and operational board packs, with analysis and commentary
• Analysing financial and non-financial information using Excel and PowerBI, to drive decision making
• Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines with key stakeholders
• Providing M&A team with key insight and data
• Producing month-end reporting for senior management

What you'll need to succeed To be a successful candidate, you will need to have / be:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), QBE or Studying
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Experience working in an FP&A / FBP role
