As an Accounts Manager your responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 150 clients and their financial needs
Providing expert advice on complex financial matters and strategic planning
Overseeing and mentoring a small team of accounting professionals
Ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and satisfaction
Staying updated on industry regulations and driving best practices within the firm
Qualifications and Skills Required:

Ideally need to hold a ACCA or ACA qualification.
It's essential to hold UK Practice Experience
Have the skillset and experience to manage and develop a small team
Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members.
