The Client:

Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, offering expert advice to businesses across the Northwest and beyond.
The Role:
As an Accounts and Audit Senior, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts and year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.


Responsibilities:

* Drafting Corporation Tax computations and coordinating with the tax department.
* Communicate with clients to resolve queries promptly.
* Ensuring all assignments adhere to allocated budgets.
* Collaborating with clients to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Previously worked as an Accounts and Audit Senior or or in a similar role.
* ACCA or ACA qualified with at least 5 years of UK accountancy practice experience.
* Experience in preparing accounts for limited companies and handling corporation tax preparation.
* Background in reviewing financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
* Knowledge of tax compliance issues and background in audit work, cash flow forecasts, and business plans.
* Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Sage, Xero, and Quickbooks.
Desirable:
* Audit experience.
* Background in preparing management accounts and skilled in using CCH.
* Valid UK driving license.
Shifts:
* Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:15pm
* Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
