We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with other departments to optimise financial processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections
Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Monitor cash flow and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organisational goals
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
Stay up-to-date on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Supervise and support accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by senior managementQualifications:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
