Job Duties:

Oversee financial activities for the German entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
Project accounting & tranformations
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the entity
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making
Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team
Monitor cash flow, financial controls, and risk management
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Proven experience in a similar finance management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in finance management

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluency in German language is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance or related field
Experience working in a multinational company

Working Conditions:

Office-based role in Blackburn, Lancashire
Standard working hours with occasional overtime required
Travel to Germany may be necessary
