Day-to-Day
Responsibilities:
* Managing Purchase Ledger
* Overseeing Sales Ledger
* Maintaining Nominal Ledger
* General Bookkeping
* Handling Journals
* Assisting with diary management, typing letters, correspondence, and emails
* Providing general administrative support
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls
Experience:
* Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably within a similar industry.
* Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience in an accounts role and be capable of handling detailed accounting tasks
* Be conscientious with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Be confident, enthusiastic, company-minded, and team-oriented
* Be fully computer literate
* Possess an excellent telephone manner
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
