In the Bookkeeping / Accounts role, you will be:
Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
Manage payroll operations
Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial insights to support decision-making
Liaise with external accountants and auditors as required
To be considered for the Bookkeeper / Accounts based role, you will need:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounts / finance professional
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is an initial 6-month temporary contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right person. You'll be working full time, Monday to Friday, however flexible working hours/days can be on offer to suit your lifestyle.
A competitive salary IRO £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, pro-rata is on offer, whilst working within offices with a beautiful surrounding in Conwy.
