As a result of growth, the business is recruiting a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Director and the wider Leadership Team with the preparation of monthly, and annual forecasts for a variety of different company areas.

Working closely with the Finance Team, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will provide insight and advice to support company decision making with growth plans to the Leadership Team and Operational Board focusing on profitability, business partners, planning and cost management within multiple teams across the wider business.

The role:
* Analysis of performance trends
* Identification of operational insights delivering real-time operational performance improvements
* Commercial appraisal of projects
* Analyse and understand dynamic forecasts
* Production of forecasts across different business areas
* Profitability analysis for various developments
* Communicate effectively with various people in the business including the Leadership Team and Board

* Strong ability to communicate and experience with dealing with challenging situations
* Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the team
* Methodical and disciplined in approach to achieving goals
* Ability to make balanced and informed decisions
