Your role

• Review company policies and business processes
• Have an understanding of Cut offs of different regions
• Identify data and information to identify business opportunities
• Enhance workflow and cross departmental engagements
• Collaborate with automation teams to improve cost effectiveness across all platforms
• Keep oneself updates on Industry and market trends
• Highlight red flags and escalate to internal Financial Crime Prevention teams
• Meet firm wide quality standards
• Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to our internal and external customers (inclusive of confidentiality)
• Communicating/escalating issues to management when applicable.

Your team

The role will be in the UBS Group Operations team based in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune and functionally support business divisions. Group Operations team in India supports Business Divisions like Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Shared Services Operations and Automation globally.
