This role is focused on both management and also on the craft and execution. As a core member of the "Coach" team, you will work closely with members of the rewards, product, UX as well as relevant team members from OMG.
You will need to define the journey which will inspire and enable OM Bank customers to improve their financial wellness over time - specifically relating to:
o Learning: e.g. Financial education videos, articles, etc.
o Practising: e.g. Tools, scenarios, calculators, games, etc.
o Doing: e.g. Actions and tasks

- Defining the required financial education material
- Creating / Managing the creation of financial education material
- Personalization of financial education content - how we need to personalize and on what basis should we personalize
- Maximising engagement with FW education content and ensuring it translates into improved FW of customers
Financial tools
- Defining the required financial tools
- Creating / Managing the creation of financial tools
- Personalization of financial tools - how we need to personalize and on what basis should we personalize
- Maximising engagement with FW tools and ensuring it translates into improved FW of customers
Actions
- Defining the required actions
- Creating / Managing the creation of financial actions
- Personalization of actions - how we need to personalize and on what basis should we personalize
- Maximising engagement with actions and ensuring it translates into improved FW of customers
- To enable a highly compelling customer experience while delivering improved financial wellness
- Working closely with an internal delivery team and partners to define and map requirements and deliver
- Working with the Experience owner in defining the strategy and roadmap for the set of core capabilities that power Financial Wellness
- Map out key success measures to track against
Strategy
- Models and defines the financial implications and considerations of potential solutions.
- Considers and understands how product builds may influence customer behavior and/or profitability
- Keeps abreast of competitor trends and capabilities
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the banking/financial services industry
- Financial services experience, more than 5 years - preferably banking
- Behavioral science experience required - understand customer motivations and how to positively influence
- Agility to respond to new situations by developing new skills and abilities.
- Team player and strong communication skills
- Experience in working in an agile delivery team
- Experience in shaping UX design or similar
- Practice empathy and understand how your designs will impact users.
- A problem solver who loves a challenge.
- Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality
- Accepts and lives the company values
