The Transaction Management role is to provide technical Supply Chain Finance product and deal execution support to our global Sales teams, to accelerate the end-to-end deal execution and annual review effort, while ensuring Product and structural risks are identified, minimised or managed appropriately during the life of the facility.

What will you bring
Role specific skills and experience are as follows:
- Relevant experience in Trade and Supply Chain Finance preferred.
- Satisfactory Credit, Operational and Compliance Risk knowledge.
- Analytical & Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills to develop appropriate solutions. Understand stakeholder needs and effectively translate these into technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Connect well with stakeholders and partners and forge strong relationships
- Exposure to Global Working: Experience working in globally distributed teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- BFSI Experience: Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with an ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity while driving efficiencies and continuous improvement.
- Self-driven & Quality Focussed: Initiative and self-drive to execute with a balance of speed and quality. Attention to detail and a passion for high quality outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Present information and ideas clearly and logically, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Learning mindset: Curiosity to understand the business context and uncover issues and improvement opportunities beyond the operational procedures.
- Time Zone: Expect flexibility around availability dependent on urgent business need (except for specific requirements as listed below)
