We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance - Partners & Performance, this role is pivotal in overseeing all periodic financial reporting activities and serving as a Finance Business Partner to multiple GM-level stakeholders.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance - Partners & Performance, this role is pivotal in overseeing all periodic financial reporting activities and serving as a Finance Business Partner to multiple GM-level stakeholders.
The Role
As Financial Reporting Analyst you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the preparation of all periodic financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to GM-level stakeholders, providing commercial oversight and managing OPEX effectively.
- Supporting the reporting and evaluation of CCEP NZ's strategic Brand Partnerships, assessing product launch viability and providing robust financial management.
- Developing and presenting category and brand scorecards, offering insightful analysis to drive business performance.
- Work collaboratively within a team to deliver timely and accurate financial information.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to contribute to overall business outcomes.
What do I need?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of product commercialisation strategies preferably within a FMCG environment.
- Cross Functional experience working across Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Finance functions.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of financial and commercial drivers as well as an understanding of CCEP NZ's competitive environment.
- Advanced analytical thinking capability with proficient excel skills.
