Our client in the Property Management Industry requires an Accountant in Fourways Sandton
Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily acounting function.
• Role will include office park management, maintenance, security and dealing with tenant queries - training will be provided
• Invoicing, rental income & all day to day office and accounting duties

Desired Experience & Qualification

• BComm graduate with Accounting
• 1-5 years experience in Accounting
• University final results to be available
• Conservative, law obiding, focused, hardworking, attention to detail individual, eager to learn.
• Must be PASSIONATE about Accounting
• Accounting program experience, prefferably Pastel
• Willing to learn - on the job training
• Understanding VAT
• Strong in debtors , creditors , reconciliations, cashbook and excel spreadsheets
• Previous experience in the property rental management industry a bonus

Package & Remuneration
R18,000 to R25,000 per month depending on experience

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm
