What you'll do:As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's business. You will be responsible for monitoring investor accounts, implementing business processes, and ensuring accurate implementation of investment mandates. Your role will also involve working closely with various teams within the organisation, including asset management and software development. Furthermore, you will develop trusted relationships with investment platforms, advisers and clients. Your ability to oversee and deliver on business-wide projects will be essential in this role. Monitor and instruct rebalances of investor accounts using proprietary technologyDesign, implement and monitor all business processesEnsure accurate implementation of investment mandates and client instructions via financial advisers onto underlying platformsWork closely with the Asset Management team to notify them of flows into fundsDevelop trusted relationships with investment platforms, advisers and clientsOversee and deliver on business-wide projectsMaintain expertise, skill and technical knowledge required to add valuable input across the business What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Operations Analyst position brings a unique set of skills and experiences.
