Financial Accountant

Minimum Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Assist with financial records in accurate and effective manner in accordance with accounting standards and procedures
Comply with internal controls that ensure accurate record keeping and the safe guarding of assets
Make and implement recommendations for improvements were appropriate
Ensure that the principles of good corporate governance are applied at all times
Assist with clean and effective annual audit
Ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures
Identify, recommend solutions and implement improvements to processes and procedures including appropriate documentation
Facilitate cash flow and cash flow forecasting
Facilitate effective cost measurement and control
Assist with financial analysis and insight for consideration in decision-making
Assist with analysis and management accounting reporting to aid decision-making, new business acquisition, pricing and profitability reviews
Assist with the divisions Cash Flows, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Reporting, Management Packs, Budgets, Forecasts and Audit
