Job Specification:

Create a client portfolio and build a professional practice under the Liberty Brand.

Conduct a financial needs analysis to determine your clients needs and provide appropriate financial advice.

Create and advise on strategies for each client to help them reach their financial freedom.

Adhere to compliance requirements in the sales process.

Achieve set targets on production and quality of business.

Maintaining excellent service delivery to each client.

Ongoing client relationship and monitoring their financial portfolio.

Keep informed of the changes in legislations and other industry changes.

What We are Looking For in candidates:

National Senior Certificate

Degree / Diploma will be an advantage

Criminal and Credit Clear

Experience in Sales

Strong Networking and Influencing skills

Decision Making skills

Target Driven

People Orientated

RE5 or Financial Advising qualification would be an advantage

Professional Communicating skills

FAIS compliant

Time Management skills
