What's next for you? This great job. We're seeking a Financial Analyst to work at one of our largest key accounts in the automotive industry in Alpharetta, GA.

Pay: $24/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

This is a hybrid schedule-must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA 3 days a week

What's a typical day as a Financial Analyst? You'll:

• Prepare month-end close activities including analysis of financial information and creating journal entries - 20% of time
• Prepare budget vs actual comparisons for responsible departments based on professional accounting standards - 30% of time
• Collaborate with department and investment project leaders in the creation of 6 budget events per year - 40% of time
• Create presentations to advise department managers on budget to actual condition and make recommendations - 10% of time

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, OR an associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting related job
• Possess a strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and cost accounting principles
• Have a general understanding of accounting functions and terminology
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Have SAP knowledge and skills
