Our client is a rapidly expanding listed Real Estate company with a mandate for growth as they navigate through increased demand and international opportunities. This organisation holds their finance team in highest regard and have a clear focus on individual growth and development. The business offers hybrid working.



This is a key role within the Accounts Receivable team which is responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Receivable ledger. The Accounts Assistant will support the Accounts Receivable Manager in ensuring issues are resolved promptly and high debt collection rates are maintained.

  • Daily cash allocation and processing the revenue via the sales ledger on the Accounting System.
  • Processing credit/debit card receipts and bank transfer revenue.
  • Monitor Worldpay disputes and resolve them on timely manner.
  • Work closely with the relevant departments to deal with queries on direct debits, tenancy transfers, tenancy terminations and tenancy renewals.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve client's billing issues.
  • Process monthly rent increases in line with the Consumer Price Index
  • Process TDS deposit returns on the resident's ledger.
  • Process weekly residents' refunds.
  • Ad hoc billing and recharges where applicable (e.g. intercompany invoices)
  • Produce various reports.

  • Demonstrable experience of managing Accounts Receivable duties
  • AAT qualified or equivalent or working towards accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
