We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the Reconciliation and Resolution Team in reconciling all sales and receipts for our UK, European and USA stores. Working closely with stores and third party organisations to prevent aged items occurring. Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types.

You will provide on-going support to the UK retail stores, ensuring that transfer activity and store invoice requests are dealt with in a timely manner to provide a positive customer experience and to maximise sales. At month end you will prepare Tender account reconciliations to be reviewed and signed off by the financial controller.

  • Previous reconciliation experience
  • Query resolution
  • Experience with credit and debit card rules and regulations
  • Strong organisation and planning ability
  • Excellent accuracy and detail
  • Finance experience within a retail environement would be desirable
