The Manager - Operations at Argano is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales and delivery operations functions. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence to support the company's overall business objectives. They ensure that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. They maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Vendor screening before finalizing, SOW review and renewals.
- Perform comparative study and take part in finalising commercial terms.
- Ensure that services provided by the vendors are being utilised by concerned team and have enough approvals.
- W9 and 1099 compliance as per US GAAP
- Monitor AP team activities and ensure the deliverables.
- Responsible for record to report function of AP
- Provides Weekly and Monthly ageing reports and make sure payments happen as per SOW.
- Provide detailed guidance to the team relates to complete AP activity.
- Manage and review intercompany AP activity and ensure that proper IC accounting.
- Develop and implement AP process flow.
- Provide cash requirement to the treasury team and analyze vendor ageing.
- Monitor expense management activity and ensure that it should be complied with global expense policy.
- Support audit and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure enough approvals before processing invoices.
- Ensure tax compliance.
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Any master's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AP or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and relevant laws and regulations relating to AP
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
