We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account And Admin Manager to join the team of one of our Clients a fast-growing Creative & Media Agency based in Mumbai's Western Suburbs. As the Account And Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and administration for our company. This includes overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the administrative needs of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administration, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. You will report to the Founder & CEO.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• 4-6 years of experience in accounting and administration

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, cash flow projections, and other financial reports

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Manage payroll, invoicing, and expense reimbursement processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Assist with tax preparation and audit activities

• Support the administrative needs of the team, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence

• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers

• Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other business documents

• Provide support for HR functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
