Available immediately? Signage and branding Engineering concern has an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant who is fully conversant in Afrikaans to join their team.
A completed Matric (Maths highly advantageous) with an HR Diploma / Degree, coupled with 2 years related HR Administration in compiling documentation; recruitment and payroll experience including SAGE VIP as well as P-NET or Career Junction exposure ideal. If you have had working experience in in doing Retirement Fund Administration / Employee Benefits with a good understanding of the BCEA, LRA, UIF, COIDA and LRA legislation then this could the be ideal position for you. Experience with the following essential: Employment Equity; Submitting of IOD claims; completing of UIF documents and DOL audits. Proven ability to speak Afrikaans fluently (not negotiable).
