Owning up the planning and implementation of deployment under Wholesale lending vertical by carrying out the below.
-Identifying potential partners under this business vertical across asset classes.
-Conducting preliminary analysis of the potential partners is carried out in order to finalize on conducting a diligence.
-Anchoring the process of due diligence on the potential partners.
-Closing out the commercial negotiations with the partners and maintaining the yield and revenue targets.• Preparing CAMs along with the financial analysis for the wholesale partners in a timely manner as well as presenting the same to the Credit Committee members.
• Co-ordinating with the partners frequently; deepening relationships and building a brand for KSF among them.
• Conducting quarterly monitoring process for the partners.Professional Qualifications:
Should have background of the financial services industry esp. experience of 6-8 years in lending to financial services and corporates.
Should possess an experience of building newer alliances & should have the flair to grow business volumes by developing a long lasting relationships with the partners. (edited)
