Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Process vendor invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage collections.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support audit processes by preparing documentation and assisting auditors as needed.
  • Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Maintain financial systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
