We are looking for an early career professional with 2-4 years' experience in fund operations to join the operations team for our upcoming debt funds in India and UAE.

Aceler8, our family of funds, is tailor-made for Asia's Digital SMEs through heavy usage of technology at all stages of the investment process. Our first fund is fully raised and deployed. We are now setting up new funds in India and UAE respectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is interested in building a career in fund operations and management by joining the core team of the fund and seeing its end-to-end journey. You will get to work directly with pioneers in the debt fund industry in India and UAE.


  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements under all fund regimes that Klub's funds operate in, starting with India and UAE.
  • Closely monitor and oversee accounting for the fund's cash inflows and outflows, including investments and expenses.
  • Prepare detailed and quantitative responses to queries from the Fund LPs (e.g. NAV, statement of account) at high speed and accuracy.
  • Work with the fund's partners (e.g. Fund Admin, Legal Counsel and Custodian) on day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Monitor and update all internal systems and trackers, so that senior team members can access information quickly when required.


  • Graduation in B.Com or similar fields; CS or CA qualifications are a bonus.
  • 2-4 years work experience in fund operations (for India or UAE-based funds)
  • Experience in operations and compliance for private credit funds
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to accurately deal with large volumes of data in Excel and accounting systems.
  • Strong understanding of key terms and concepts in fund operations (NAV, MOIC et cetera)
  • Experience in managing regulatory or statutory filings. This could include filings with ROC, RBI, MCA or statutory ones like GST, TDS, etc.
  • Diligence in adhering to regulatory and business timelines/compliance calendars
  • Ability to present information in a concise and structured manner.
  • Good project-management skills, incl. managing multiple threads at the same time and providing visibility to managers through trackers, updates, etc.
